Hi! My name is Jordan

I am a full time college student who is extremely passionate about living a lifestyle motivated by healthy habits. I grew up integrated with sports and fitness as most kids do, however as I have gotten older, this integration has turned into a  lifestyle and something I can’t imagine living without. College was a major turning point for me with fitness as I began bodybuilding to take my mind off of the stress from school. Once I became consistent with the gym, I began to notice improvements not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. This created an addiction for me to become the best version of myself and a passion to help others do the same.

Prioritizing Fitness has truly given me a bulletproof mind and body. It has not only helped me cope with stress, out of whack emotions, unexpected life events, and daunting hardships, but it has also changed the way I view myself and how I treat others. Not only do I now see myself as someone who is capable of anything she puts her mind to, but filling my own cup everyday through health and fitness allows me to be a better daughter, sister, friend, and mentor for anyone who may rely on me. I do it for myself, but I also do it for the ones I love.
